Kathrin Heldt and Fifus fulfilled my breeding dream two weeks ago. FIFUS EUROPEAN K9 TRAINING BASE won in IGP3 category with points 98 / 96 / 96
FIFUS EUROPEAN K9 TRAINING BASE is the son of my first boxer. It's not that I didn't train boxers before,
I was even a boxers club bitehelper thirty years ago. A lot of them have passed through my hands. But my
first boxer was Fifi, Fifus' mother. I failed to qualify for the world championships, even though she had an
excellent IPO3. Her career ended when she broke two canines on a counter attack in an elimination competition.
She was extremely willing in her work and full of drive in defense. Fifus outperformed her many times over.
Fifus... When Katrin came for Fifus, she said, "Fifus? It sounds like a nasty disease in my language."
"It's a beautiful name," I replied, "there's still Fifilys availible". She chose Fifus and she did well, although in
her hands any of the dogs in that extremely strong litter would have been a champion.
I know for a fact
that this success - the icing on the cake of all his achievements so far and the efforts of his owner -
will surely have many sequels.
I will be honored to use Fifus in my next breeding.
